Connecting Photographer Calendars

After inviting a photographer to your Tonomo team, they must share their Google calendar(s) with your primary calendar before they can be assigned to bookings.

Prerequisites

• Photographer has been added to your Tonomo team

• Photographer has a Google calendar

• You know the email address of your primary calendar connected to Tonomo

Steps to Connect

1. Have the photographer share their Google calendar with your primary calendar email address (the one connected to Tonomo)

2. Ensure appropriate permission levels are set for calendar sharing

3. Once shared, the photographer will appear in the calendar assignment dropdown

Note: If a photographer doesn't appear in the calendar assignment dropdown, verify that they have shared their Google calendar with your primary calendar. This is a commonly forgotten step.
