Allow Customers to Reschedule and Cancel on their Own

If your customers want to reschedule or cancel their order, they can do so without needing to contact you. The event will automatically update within Tonomo, and Google Calendar will send an updated event invitation to all associated email addresses.
If the updated Google Calendar email isn’t enough, you can also set up additional email or text notifications using Zapier.
Setup
You have control over some settings on if and when customers can reschedule under each Booking Flow's settings:
Get your Links
You can include these links in your calendar description and automated emails. Just copy and paste the below URLs into your calendar description or email template, with your domain instead of [domain]. We'll fill in the Order ID for every order

If you need to send a link to a specific customer via text or outside of Tonomo, just replace {{orderId}} with the actual Order ID.
To find the Order ID, open the order in Tonomo’s Order Dashboard. You’ll see it in the URL — it’s the part between orderId= and &filter.

Once they click those links, they'll be taken to a page where they can cancel or reschedule the order:
