What is Integrated Booking?
Integrated Booking is the ability for your customers to schedule their project themselves on your team's calendar. When they are booking, they'll see all of your availability that meets the criteria of the project.

When an Agent selects a time and completes a booking, Tonomo automatically creates a calendar event on your primary calendar, and shares it with both the booking agent and the assigned photographer, based on your assignment criteria. You can later modify the schedule by updating the assigned photographer or the shoot date and time, but this gives you a strong starting point for scheduling.
Tonomo displays available time slots based on the duration you’ve configured for each Service or Package. For example, if an Agent books Photos and Video, each set to 1 hour, the system will only show 2-hour blocks where your staff are available. You can also enable automatic buffer time before and after the shoot to account for travel time.

Skillsets – Ensure only staff with the right training (e.g., videography) are assigned to relevant services.
