Coupons

Creating a coupon is a great way to offer discounts or promotions to customers. Whether you’re creating a coupon for a Business, Promo, or Discount, here’s a simple guide to help you make one on Tonomo:

1. Go to Coupons under Configure Booking.

2. Click on "+ Add Coupon" located at the upper right of the webpage.

3. In this section, fill out the following details:

   • Coupon Code — A coupon code is required for this feature. This determines the code your clients will use and how you can track it.

   • Bypass Deposit — When enabled, the deposit requirement will automatically be bypassed when a customer uses the coupon, even if the Booking Flow requires a deposit.

   • Discount Type — Can be set as either a flat discount or a percentage-based discount.

   • Amount — Enter either the percentage discount or flat rate amount.

   • Description — An optional field that helps admins identify the purpose of the coupon.

   • Coupon Usage Limits — There are two ways to limit coupon usage:

     • Usage Limit — Determines how many times the coupon can be used.

     • Expiration Date — Allows admins to set an expiration date for the coupon.
