Add New Appointment to Existing Appointment

When to use this feature: This process is ideal for adding additional services to existing orders on the same property (e.g., adding interior photos to a completed "coming soon" photoshoot). Before adding a new appointment, ensure you've first added the new service to your order in Order Management.

  1. Click on your Order in Order Management to open the Order Details panel on the right. Click Open in Scheduler.

  2. Click on "Add new appointment" at the bottom left under the Order Details. Select the photographer and time slot for the new appointment.

If your original invoice has already been synced to Xero or QuickBooks, the invoice will be marked Out of Sync after you add the new service. You'll need to manually click Resync in the Accounting section of Order Management to push the updated invoice to Xero or QuickBooks.
