You can view and edit order details directly from the Scheduler for quick access.

To see an order's details:

1. Navigate to the Scheduler.

2. Click on any order—the details will appear on the right side of the screen.

From here, you can review or update information such as customer details, booking flow, client preferences, customer notes, etc.

Photographer Services Filter in Scheduler

You can find the Photographer Services section in the left panel of the Scheduler. This feature helps you quickly filter photographers based on the services needed for a specific order. Each service has a toggle—turn it on to highlight only photographers who perform that service.

How it works:

• Default view: All photographer columns are active (white).

• Toggle on: Photographers who perform the selected service(s) remain active, while others are de-emphasized (gray).

• Toggle off: Returns to the default view.
